Returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed
Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
A copy of your receipt from — must be included with the return.
We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse. All in office product purchases are final.
Note: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients (e.g. Retinol, Glycolic or Salicylic acid) may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. To help you avoid irritation or allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product page. We are happy to help you decide what products are best for you skin.
