Shipping & Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of the original purchase date.

How It Works:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of your return request
  • Products must be in their original packaging and condition
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed
  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

You're welcome to bring your product to any Apex Skin location for an exchange or credit towards another item.

Note: We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients (e.g. Retinol, Glycolic or Salicylic acid) may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. To help you avoid irritation or allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product page. We are happy to help you decide what products are best for your skin.
