At Apex Skin Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality products and expert care. Please review our policy prior to purchase.
All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless specific exceptions apply.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be made only in the case of:
  • Medical contraindications
  • Documented adverse reactions
Skincare Products
  • All skincare products are final sale, including unopened items
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for skincare purchases
Adverse Reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction to a skincare product:
  • The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase
  • We are unable to issue refunds; however, a gift card will be provided
  • Products must be returned (used) for evaluation

We are unable to offer refunds for products due to skin irritation or sensitivity. While we stand behind the quality of the products we carry, certain active ingredients (such as retinol, glycolic acid, or salicylic acid) may cause reactions, particularly for sensitive skin types. We encourage all patients to review ingredient lists and consult with a provider prior to purchase to ensure the best fit for their skin.
